Services include contract review, AUS analysis, borrower document intake and validation, preparation and delivery of government-specific initial disclosures, VA case number assignment coordination, submission to underwriting, conditions tracking and clearance, Clear to Close coordination, CD balancing in accordance with program-specific requirements and lender guidelines, and post closing review.
