Full-scope contract-to-closing file management for Non-QM loans. Services include contract review, borrower document intake and validation, review and organization of alternative income and asset documentation, including bank statement and DSCR programs when applicable, preparation and delivery of initial disclosures, submission to underwriting, conditions tracking and clearance, Clear to Close coordination, CD balancing in accordance with the specific Non-QM program and lender guidelines, and post closing review.
