Review for Completeness & Accuracy
Each document is carefully reviewed to ensure it is complete, current, and matches the loan file. We flag missing pages, outdated statements, or discrepancies before submission.
Validate Income, Assets & ID
We cross-check income documents against application figures, verify available funds to close, and confirm borrower identity — all to reduce underwriting touches and conditions.
Ensure Program Eligibility
We confirm that collected documents meet the specific guidelines of the loan program (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Non-QM), helping to prevent avoidable delays.
Request Supporting Documentation
When needed, we follow up for additional or clarifying documentation, such as letters of explanation, gift letters, VVOEs, or updated asset statements.
Maintain File Organization
Documents are securely uploaded, categorized, and labeled in the LOS, ensuring a clean and organized file for underwriting review.
